Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

 

The Drake WorkWise EAP provides employees (and often their immediate family members) with access to highly experienced & trained Psychologists and Counsellors, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

 

The EAP service is funded by your employer, however your use of the EAP remains entirely confidential. The fact that you have accessed the EAP, and the details surrounding this cannot be released to your employer (or anyone else) without your request and written consent.

 

The EAP service is aimed at providing short term, solutions focused counselling assistance, with concerns that may be disrupting general wellbeing, and effectiveness in your work and personal life.

The implementation of an EAP service is a commitment by your employer to your wellbeing.
